I have just copied the markdown from GitHub and copied it here. I will have to do some tidying up because the Markdowns are a bit different between GitHub and DokuWiki. UPDATE: I ended up using the pandoc online conversion tool to convert GitHubs markdown to DokuWiki's markup and it seems to have worked incredible.
